What is the minimum loan amount offered?

 

-   $50,000 is the minimum loan amount offered for FHA, Conventional, USDA and VA programs, including the first lien on the Affordable Seconds home loan.

 

-   $10,000.00 is the minimum loan amount for the second mortgage for the Affordable Seconds purchase loan.

 

What is the maximum loan amount I can borrow?

                                               

-   Maximum Loan Limits vary by loan type, property type, property location, loan purpose, and other factors including but not limited to loan-to-value and income qualifications.

 

-   For properties secured by the Affordable Seconds home loan program, the maximum purchase price is $250,000.00 and the maximum second mortgage loan amount is $50,000.00.
